50 Jumping Pullups
50 KB Swings @ 35/26#
50 Lunge Steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press @ 45/33#
50 Hip Extensions
50 Wall Balls @ 20/14#
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders
*time cap = 35 minutes
