More Dumbbells!

You may have noticed that we recently added an full set of dumbbells, in 5 lb increments, from 10 lbs to 55 lbs. Why dumbbells? I’m glad you asked.

As Coach Glassman (Founder and CEO of CrossFit) explains below, dumbbells are to the barbell what rings are to parallel bars. We can do lots of exercises with dumbbells, including the push jerk, which we’re doing today. Get ready to be challenged in a whole new way.
