Workout of the Day

A) Weighted Ring Dips
12 min for 5 sets of 3 reps
*compare to 2/1/16

B) “Helen”
3 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
21 KB Swings @ 53/35#
12 Pullups
*compare to 10/13/16

My Personal Favorite

Helen is another classic CrossFit benchmark, and it’s my personal favorite workout. It’s short enough, and the reps are low enough, that you can push pretty hard throughout.

Rob Forte is an animal. This is as fast as I’ve ever seen Helen completed.
