Workout of the Day

3 rounds for time of:
Run 800m
30 Pushups
60 Air Squats

The Basics

Running. Pushups. Air Squats. Basic human movements. Throw in some situps and some yelling, and I’m right back at the Air Force Academy circa 1998.

Think this will be a “boring” workout? The CrossFit prescription includes functional movements executed at high intensity. It doesn’t get much more functional than these movements. It’s up to you to apply the intensity.
