Workout of the Day

A) Squat Snatch Doubles
Week 2 of 5
10 sets of 2 reps every 2:00
*add weight until you hit your technical limit.

B) GHD Situps
2 sets of 10-15 reps

Thursday Happy Hour!

Come join your fellow Beatboxxers this Thursday at 6pm for happy hour at the gym! (Yes, that means the 6pm class is canceled for happy hour). We will supply two 6-packs of local beer. If you want something in particular, bring it yourself plus a little extra to share.

Happy hour will commence immediately following the 5pm class. The best way to do it? Come get your workout on at 5pm, then stay for beer and friends afterward. I’ll see you there!
