Workout of the Day

A) Squat Snatch Doubles
Week 4 of 5
10×2 on the 2:00 interval
*add weight every set until you hit your technical limit.
*try for 5-10# more than last week

B) Weighted Hip Extensions
2 sets of 15 reps
*alternate w/ mobility work
