Workout of the Day

A) Split Jerk Triples
20 min to a 3RM

B) GHD Paddling
3 rounds of:
20s Front Paddle
rest 20s
20s Back Paddle
rest 1:00


The best weightlifters in the world are constantly drilling the basics. If they can turn the movement patterns into muscle memory through drills, then they can focus exclusively on being aggressive once they have real weight on the bar.

We’ll be doing a lot of drills today before we start to add weight. Be patient, and be present. If you focus on the basics, you’ll be rewarded when it comes time to lift heavy.
