A) Squat Snatch Singles
25 min to a 1RM

B) GHD Situps
Accumulate 40 reps in 2-3 sets

End of Snatch Cycle

Our snatch cycle ends today with an attempt at a new 1-rep max. Come on in and put all that hard work to the test!
