A) Turkish Getups
2 reps EMOM for 7 rounds
*add weight as you go

B) AMRAP in 9m of:
3 Thrusters @ 135/95#
6 Toes to Bar

The Turkish Getup is a fantastic exercise for shoulder health and core strength. Check out this instructional video before you come in today – they give a lot of good tips for what to do and what NOT to do.
