Pull Yourself Back Through

Great toes to bar tip in this video about actively pulling yourself back through after you finish the rep. This is similar in concept to how we push away from the bar after a kipping pullup to reload and stay in rhythm. With the toes to bar, we actively pull back through to reestablish our kip.
