20 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
20 Wall Balls @ 20/14#

American Kettlebell Swing

A great, brief video on the KB Swing. In particular, he talks about having a slight leanback when the bell comes back down. This helps counterbalance the system (body + bell) so that you’re not pulled off balance.
