Workout of the Day

Testing Day! Start each new test on the 6:00 interval:

A) At 0:00 on the clock
For time: Row 500m

B) At 6:00 on the clock
For time: 50 Wall Balls @ 20/14#

C) At 12:00 on the clock
For reps: 2 minutes of Double-Unders

D) At 18:00 on the clock
For time: 30 Ring Dips

*each test has a 4:00 time cap
