Workout of the Day

A1) Front Squat Singles
30 minutes to a 1RM

A2) Weighted Ring Pullup Singles
30 minutes to a 1RM

*Front squats and ring pullups will be completed within the same 30-minute window of time. Alternate between exercises, and rest as needed.

U.S. Weightlifter Sarah Robles Takes Bronze

A huge congrats to Sarah Robles, who took the bronze medal in the Women’s Weightlifting 75+ kg division at the 2016 Rio Olympics. This is the USA’s first medal in weightlifting since the 2000 Olympics in Sydney!
