Workout of the Day

A) Squat Clean Doubles
Week 1 of 5
10×2 on the 2:00 interval
Add weight every set until you hit your technical limit

B) Sled Push 10x10m – Heavy.
Not for time.

Next Up: Squat Cleans!

We saw some big front squat PR’s last Friday. Now it’s time to put all that front squat strength to good use with squat cleans. We’ll be doing squat cleans in the 10×2 format for the next four weeks, after which we’ll test for a 1RM. Come in on these and improve your cleans!
