Workout of the Day

A) Turkish Getups
2 reps EMOM for 7 rounds (1L + 1R)
Add weight every round until it becomes heavy

B) AMRAP in 14m of:
10 Med Ball Over Shoulder
10 Med Ball Pushups
10 Med Ball Rolling Squats
20 Med Ball Russian Twists
*RX = 20/14#
