Complete the following three couplets, and run 400m after each, for total time.

3 rounds of:
3 Bar Muscle-Ups
3 Push Jerks @ 155/105#
Then… Run 400m

3 rounds of:
6 CTB Pullups
6 Push Press @ 125/85#
Then… Run 400m

3 rounds of:
9 Strict Press @ 95/65#
9 Pullups
Then… Run 400m
