Partner WOD! You-Go/I-Go:
10 rounds each, for total time:
5 Squat Snatches @ 95/65#
10/8 Calories Rowing

*resting partner must hold a 45/25# plate
*every time plate touches ground, 5 burpees before continuing.
*time cap = 25 min

Mason’s Birthday

My boy turns 4 today. My life has been turned upside down in the best way possible since he was born. I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life seeing where he’s headed and what he’s going to do.

Happy birthday, little buddy.
