A) 3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
75 Double Unders
*time cap = 16 min

B) Mobility & Stretching
15 minutes for a full body mobility & stretching circuit

  • Calf Stretch on 45# Bumper Plate
  • X-Band Walk
  • Couch Stretch
  • T-Spine Smash
  • Wall Slides
  • Wrist Flexion & Extension
