A) For time:
50 Pullups
*time cap = 4 minutes

**REST 6 MINUTES, then…

B) 3 rounds for time of:
20 KB Swings @ 53/35#
20 Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14#
Run 200m
*time cap = 13 min

Camille Goes 60 CTB Unbroken

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, the 2014 Fittest Woman on Earth, does 60 unbroken chest-to-bar pullups in this video. She uses a technique called the butterfly pullup, which results in a faster (read: more powerful) pullup. It’s the most dynamic style of pullup, and it requires the most skill.
