Play Time

A big part of CrossFit is built on fun and playtime. Today we play. Although we’ve set this up as a workout, the idea is to put your fitness to a fun test going over, under, around, and through the obstacles we’ve set up for you. The fact that this doubles as a great way to train balance, coordination, accuracy, agility, stamina, and endurance is beside the point. Come out today and have some fun with your workout!
