Workout of the Day

A) Paused Back Squats
5×3 w/ a 3-sec pause at the bottom
*your first work set should be at 50% of your 1RM back squat.

B) Backward Sled Drag
10x10m – FAST


Paused squats are a great to build pure raw strength and horsepower out of the hole. Today we’re going to do sets of 3 reps with a 3 second pause at the bottom. This will require immense concentration and dedication to staying tight in the hole. Come ready to push your squat hard!
