A) Skillz: Hang Squat Snatch
Speed work! Keep the weight light and work on your speed pulling under the bar.
10 min for 5 sets of 3

B) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Overhead Squats @ 95/65#
CTB Pullups
