Workout of the Day

A) Skillz: Handstand Pushups
10 min for an ascending ladder of reps: 1-2-3-4-5… etc
The goal is perfect reps, using as much of your kip as possible

B) AMRAP in 10m of:
10 Hang Power Cleans @ 95/65#
10 Pushups
