A) Deadlift 5×5
25 min for 5 sets of 5 TNG reps
B) Reverse Hyperextensions
2 sets of 20 reps
Join us next Thursday, October 13 at 6pm to help us celebrate one year in our new gym space! Better yet – come crush the 5pm workout, then stay for the celebration immediately after. We’re going to run it Potluck + BYOB style. Please bring a dish or side to share (preferably meat, fruit, or veggies), and/or bring a 6-pack of your favorite local beverage.
This is a family event. so please feel free to bring your spouses, partners, friends, children, and even dogs! If you’ve got someone interested in trying us out, DEFINITELY bring them 🙂
