3x Double-Unders (63-45-27)
2x Wall Balls @ 20/14# (42-30-18)
1x Pullups (21-15-19)

*This workout is a 21-15-9 countdown style, where you do 3x the number of double-unders, 2x the number of wall balls, and 21-15-9 of pullups.
