A) Deadlift 5×3 (touch-n-go)
25 min for 5 sets of 3 TNG reps
Use wall chart to determine weights
Warmup: 5-3-1

B) Reverse Hypers
2 sets of 20 reps
Add weight as needed
Alternate with mobility work
