A) Skillz: Muscle-Ups
20 minutes to work on progressions

B) 3 rounds for time of:
10 Box Jumps @ 24/20″
10 Pullups
10 Burpees
*time cap = 10 min


CrossFit Beat would like to thank all veterans for their service, especially our very own Jeff Van Geete. He served in the Army as a Sergeant in places like Korea, Afghanistan, and Iraq. If it weren’t for people like Jeff, we wouldn’t have the great country that we have today.
