Workout of the Day

25 minutes to complete the following:
Strict Press 3-3-3-3
Push Press 2-2-2-2
Push Jerk 1-1-1-1

*try to increase the weight with every set, from the first set of 3 Shoulder Press to the last set of 1 Push Jerk.
*compare to 3/7/16
