Workout of the Day

A) Skillz: Cleans
High Hang Squat Cleans
3 reps EMOM for 7m
*light weight, practice speed under the bar

B) AMRAP in 7m of:
1 Push Press @ 115/80#
1 Toes to Bar

*add 1 rep to each exercise every round
*Round 2 = 2 PP + 2 TTB
*Round 3 = 3 PP + 3 TTB
*etc…
