1 100m Row
2 Ring Dips
3 Pullups
4 Push Press @ 95/65#
5 Front Squats @ 95/65#
6 Power Cleans @ 95/65#
7 Wall Balls @ 20/14#
8 Reverse Lunges
9 KB Swings @ 53/35#
10 Double Unders
11 Burpees
12 Box Jumps @ 24/20″

*time cap = whenever you feel like stopping 🙂

On the 1st day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… 1 100m Row
On the 2nd day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… 2 Ring Dips, and 1 100m Row
On the 3rd day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… 3 Pullups, 2 Ring Dips, 1 100m Row
etc…
