Workout of the Day

A) Deadlift 5×3 (dead stop)
25 min for 5 sets of 3 reps to a 3RM
Dead stop between reps
Find your target weight and use the wall chart

B) Reverse Hyperextensions 2×20
2 sets of 20 reps
*alternate with mobility work
