A) Strict Pullups 3xMax
3 sets of max reps on the 4:00 interval
*compare to 5/4/16

B) 6 rounds of 1:15 work:
7 Push Jerks
Max Box Jumps @ 24/20″
*rest 1:15 between rounds
*score = weight on bar + number of box jumps
*compare to 4/16/16
