A) 7 rounds on the 2:00 interval:
5 Hang Squat Snatches @ 115/80#
10 Burpees
*workout becomes AMRAP 13m if athlete cannot finish the work in under 2:00
*score = number of burpees
*compare to 7/30/16

B) Thoracic Spine Mobility
4 exercises, once through
