3 rounds for time of:
Row 500/400m
21 Burpees
12 Thrusters @ 95/65#
*time cap = 20 minutes
*compare to 5/16/16 and 10/23/15

Cashout: Alternating DB Curl & Press
Accumulate 100 reps (50 each arm)
*do designated mobility work in-between sets
*this is about elbow tissue health and function, so go light
