A) Kipping Handstand Pushup Skill Work
15 minutes to work on an ascending ladder of perfect reps
Add a deficit for an additional challenge

B) 3 rounds for time of:
10 R-arm DB Push Press
10 R-arm DB Suitcase Lunges
10 R-side Single-Leg Deadlifts
10 L-arm DB Push Press
10 L-arm DB Suitcase Lunges
10 L-side Single-Leg Deadlifts
*RX = 45/30# DB
