25 minutes for 5 sets of 3 with a 3-second pause at the bottom of each rep
*follow wall chart
*do 2 ring pullups after every set
*compare to 10/12/16

B) Sled Drag 10x10m
Heavy – not for time
*compare to 1/18/17
