Workout of the Day
A) Snatch + OHS Complex
Every 90s for 5 rounds:
5 Hang Power Snatches + 1 OH Squat
*This is a SKILL session, so keep the weight light, approximately 50% of 1RM
*Focus on perfect technique – speed under the bar!
B) EMOM for 10 rounds:
3 OH Squats @ 135/95#
6 KB Swings @ 53/35#
