Workout of the Day

A) Turkish Getups
2 reps every 90s for 5 rounds (1L/1R)
*Adjust the weight as you go

B) 5 rounds for time of:
60s Row for Max Calories
Burpee Box Jumps @ 24/20″

*In this workout, you must complete 40/32 (men/women) reps every round. For example, if you get 25 calories on the rower, you must do 15 burpee box jumps (7 for women) before moving onto the next round.
