18 min for 4 sets to a 5RM

B) 3 rounds NFT:
12 1-Arm DB Press (6R/6L)
16 1-Arm DB Side Bends (8R/8L)
12 1-Arm DB OH Lunge Steps (6R/6L)
*put a 1 second pause at the top (or bottom) of every rep
*not for time, but move through with minimal rest
*adjust weight up or down as you go
