A) Deadlift 5×5 TNG
25 min for 5 sets of 5 touch-n-go reps to a 5RM
*do 3 weighted chest-to-bar chinups after every set
B) Reverse Hypers 2×20
*alternate with mobility work
Another look at performing the deadlift from a very experienced coach. Every athlete in this video has different proportions (leg lengths, torso lengths, etc), but they all set up exactly the same way. Pretty cool.
