A) Skillz: Handstands
12 minutes for handstand progressions
Work with a partner and take turns!

B) 5 rounds of 1:00 work/1:00 rest:
7 Deadlifts @ 245/165#
Max DB Thrusters @ 2x 45/30#
*score = total DB thrusters
