A) Skillz: Hang Power Cleans
5 reps every 90s for 5 rounds
*adjust weight up/down as you go, but keep it light/moderate.
*the focus of this skill session is to practice the transition between full hip extension and pulling under the bar

B) Partner WOD!
You-Go/I-Go Style
AMRAP in 15m of:
5 Power Cleans @ 155/105#
20m Sandbag Carry @ 150/100#
*team of 2-3 people
