Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 work sets of 5 reps
*add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Strict Pullups or Muscle-Ups 5×2
2 reps between squat sets (5 sets total)
*go CTB and/or add weight if possible

B) For time:
Run 1 Mile
*if it’s raining, you’ll have an option to do a 1k row… buyer beware, we’ve got a lot of rowing on for Thursday!
