Workout of the Day

A1) Front Squat 1RM
25 min for 5×1 to a 1RM

A2) Strict Ring Pullups or Muscle Ups 5×2
2 reps between sets of squats (5 total)
*go CTB and/or add weight if possible

B) For time:
120 Walking Lunge Steps
*starting at 0:00, 5 burpees EMOM
*time cap = 7 minutes
