A) Split Jerk 1RM
20 minutes to a 1RM

B) 3 rounds for time:
15 R-side 1-Leg RDLs @ 35/25#
10 R-side 1-Arm DB Press @ 35/25#
15 L-side 1-Leg RDLs @ 35/25#
10 L-side 1-Arm DB Press @ 35/25#
*time cap = 8 minutes
