Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 work sets of 5 reps across
Add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Strict Pullups or Strict Ring Muscle Ups
2 reps between sets of squats (5 sets total)
Go CTB and/or add weight if possible

B) EMOM x 9m:
Min 1: 30s Glute Ham Raise
Min 2: 30s Hollow Rocks
Min 3: 30s Jumping Squats
