Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 work sets of 5 reps across
Add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Strict Pullups or Muscle-Ups
5 sets of 2 in between sets of back squats
Go CTB and/or add weight if possible

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
10m Farmer Carries @ 2x 70/53#
*starting at 0:00, 12 jumping lunges EMOM
