Workout of the Day

Partner Race 1
In teams of 2, you-go/I-go style:
Shuttle Walking Lunges 2x 50ft
Shuttle Bear Crawl 2x 100ft
Shuttle Backward Run 2x 100ft
Shuttle Sprint! 2x 200ft

Partner Race 2
In teams of 2, you-go/I-go style:
3 rounds of:
5 Pushups
Quarter Hill Shuttle Sprint
then…
2 rounds of:
10 Pushups
Half Hill Shuttle Sprint
then…
1 round of:
15 Pushups
Full Hill Shuttle Sprint

Group Finisher
Get all medicine balls, sandbags, and people to the top of the hill!
