Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 min for 3 work sets of 5 reps
Add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Ring Muscle Ups or Ring Pullups 5×2
Add weight if possible

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
10 Renegade Rows @ 2x 45/30#
10 Front Rack Lunges @ 2x 45/30#
