Workout of the Day

Split into two teams.

Teams race around Viele Lake twice, stopping to complete tasks at each station along the way.

Station 1 – Strict Chinups
Station 2 – Burpees
Station 3 – Lateral Jump Overs
Station 4 – 3-Bar Jump Overs
Station 5 – Leg Overs
Station 6 – Air Squats
Station 7 – Balance Beam Walks
Station 8 – Post Jumps
Station 9 – 4-Bench Jump Overs
Station 10 – Toes to Bar

*we have a secret twist to this workout that will be revealed at the park!
